CLASS Would like to advise residents of Bay Farm and Harbor Bay of an upcoming change in Oakland Airport flight pattern that may affect the noise level in the 94502 area. Due to poor air quality, the Taxiway Bravo work scheduled for today was postponed to the following dates:
Tuesday, September 15, between 7:30AM and 3:30PM.
Wednesday, September 16, between 7:30AM and 3:30PM.
Taxiway Bravo connects the South Field to the North Field; please expect jet departures and arrivals on North Field. Aircraft may overfly residential areas and residents may experience unusual aircraft noise.
Residents are encouraged to contact the Noise Hotline at (510)563-6463, or visit the noise management program at http://flyquietoak.com if they are disturbed by the unusual low flying commercial jets over residential areas.
